Data Deletion Request

You may ask Rhino to delete your account and personal data collected through our website or mobile app. We verify each request before deletion to protect your information.

How to request deletion

1. Email Rhino using the button below.
2. Include the email address or phone number connected to your account or request.
3. Include any relevant Request ID, such as MOV-, HOU-, REL-, or INT-, if available.
4. Rhino may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request belongs to you.

What deletion covers

A verified request may cover your account profile, contact details, customer requests, housing interests, and owner verification information. Tell us if you want to delete only a specific request or your full Rhino account data.

Processing and retention

Rhino aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law or reasonably needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security. Residual backup copies may expire through the normal backup lifecycle.
